Lately, I’ve fallen off the GF wagon. But at least I’m in good company (Hi Tiredella!) Today’s thing that helps is a GF recipe for chocolate cake. It’s a reminder that GF eating can be great. And, It. Is. Awesome. Just to be clear about how awesome it is, I don’t usually count cake as chocolate. It’s just too …. cake-y. I want my chocolate to be rich and dense and . . . chocolate-y. This cake counts as chocolate.
